Rooted in the philosophy of omakase — “I leave it up to you”, this experience invites guests to place their trust in our chefs as they craft a unique and unforgettable culinary journey. The evening unfolds through a 7-course progression of small plates, each course thoughtfully composed using the freshest ingredients available and presented as a distinct chapter in the experience.

Guests will enjoy five innovative plates that showcase refined technique and bold creativity, followed by an umami-rich dashi course and concluding with a dessert course that delivers a harmonious finish.
