Join Drew Mayville, Master Blender of Buffalo Trace Distillery and American Whiskey Brand Ambassador (Whisky Magazine), for an exclusive omakase experience on Friday, September 11th at 6:00pm.
Rooted in the philosophy of omakase — “I leave it up to you”, this experience invites guests to place their trust in our chefs as they craft a unique and unforgettable culinary journey. The evening unfolds through a 7-course progression of small plates, each course thoughtfully composed using the freshest ingredients available and presented as a distinct chapter in the experience.
This intimate evening features a chef-curated omakase dinner, expertly paired bourbon selections, and firsthand insights into the art and science of whiskey blending from a true industry leader.
Guests will be welcomed with a Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned and will receive a commemorative Buffalo Trace tasting glass, tasting journal, and pen as a keepsake of the evening's experience.

The cost of this experience is $300 per person and includes welcome cocktail, bourbon pairings, omakase dinner, plus a Buffalo Trace tasting glass, journal, and pen.
Tax, 20% gratuity and 1% Short North Reinvestment Fee will be added to the final bill.
